Our History
The company Orion Leasing was founded in 2021 by L. Belickas and the investors of Orion Securities. In 2022, we signed a cooperation agreement with the European Investment Fund and other investors. In 2023, an integrated solution for Apple products — Smart Deal Business — was created for the Baltic countries. In 2024, we began cooperation with Liebherr and other major partners. The same year, a stake in the company was acquired by the Nter Alternative Lenders and Fintech Fund, whose support enabled us to further develop our portfolio and expand our network of partners and clients. As the company continued to grow, in 2025, we decided to change our name to Own Leasing, so that in 2026, we could move forward with even greater expansion and ambitious goals.
