Privacy Policy for the Own Leasing Browser Extension

Who processes your data

The data controller for the extension is UAB Own Leasing, company registration number 305788664, Gynėjų g. 16, LT-01109 Vilnius, Lithuania. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, please use the contact details provided in the website's privacy policy: https://www.ownleasing.lt/en/privacy-policy.

Price processing

The extension reads car prices on autoplius.lt and mobile.de listing pages and supported search results pages, and automatically sends them to Own Leasing to calculate and display estimated monthly payments. The extension does not send listing URLs or your contact details for this calculation.

The server hosting the service is provided by DigitalOcean and is located in Germany. It receives your IP address and technical connection data, which are used to limit excessive requests and keep the service running. Activity logs are subject to DigitalOcean's standard handling practices; we do not archive them separately. The extension stores prices and results only temporarily, in browser memory.

Visiting the website

When you click an offer link, the Own Leasing website opens and receives the URL of the selected listing so that it can open the offer page for that car. Tracking parameters are removed from the URL, while the identifier needed to identify the listing is retained.

Further data processing on the website is described in the general Own Leasing privacy policy: https://www.ownleasing.lt/en/privacy-policy.

Your choices

The extension does not collect passwords, payment card details or your full browsing history. It contains no analytics or advertising tracking tools. Disabling or uninstalling the extension will stop it from sending any further data.
